Wow, so I phoned DPD who have said I can go to the depot to collect my phone (Edinburgh Depot)! Very slick, even got an email to confirm. I just need to take photo ID and a utility bill. On my way now!

So my phone is sitting in my local depot since 8am according to the online tracker. But I have a delivery date of Monday! Thats very frustrating. Has anyone ever tried going to a DPD without a calling card (as advised on website) and before they have attempted delivery? I'd obviously take ID etc.

When did you get the confirmation email, the one saying "Your order has been accepted and your item/s will be with you soon."?

I know that would be quite the f**k up on CPW's part if line 1 of the address was trimmed! I'd like to think something at DPD would trigger an alert in such circumstances. Any has another DPD delivery recently could maybe confirm the truncated address?

I'm gonna say it's for security if everyone is the same. Maybe worth a call to DPD in the morning to check?

Could not agree more. Surely they could have saved themselves about 5 billion phone calls and emails if the information people wanted was on a tracking page. That would mean only 1 competent person at CPW would be required to update order progress and not rely on call centre colleagues who...

Possible delay text from CPW tomorrow? So last Thursday (27th Nov) at 17:15 I got the standard text from CPW about my 64GB MB device being delayed until Mon 8th Dec. Anyone wanna take bets on a similar text this Thursday to advice of further delays (possibly 15th Dec)? I'm really not feeling...
