This is what I did. TWRP > WIPE >SELECT ALL (Dalvik, System, Data, Cache) and swipe to wipe. That should work , right? Coz it didn't

Done that as well. format data,cache, dalvik, system.. everything, still it says decryption unsuccessful. and when I reflash MIUI, it works well..

Was on Nitrogen when my phone went off for repair, when it came back, it was on MIUI (service center restored stock). I installed Dev Rom, which was not an issue at all. Had to go to Nitrogen followed these steps (was on MIUI Dev Rom )> ZCX-TWRP > Factory Reset > Nitrogen ROM zip > Beans GApps >...

Cleared the issue by repairing the phone under Quallcomm Diagnostic options.

Was trying to install fastboot rom CM11S on device. In between the fastboot process (flash-all.bat). The device rebooted and didnt come back online. don't know what to do. Cant switch on device in any mode - fastboot/normal/recovery. Some fastboot flash went well. some of them might not have...
