where do u format ur microsd card? in pc or ur phone? if u format in pc with general windows format, it will formated as exfat (since ur microsd is 64GB), but it won't recognized by phone, but if u format in ur phone, it will be formatted as VFAT (portable storage), not EXFAT partition.

android system doesn't recognized exfat partition, only fat32 (portable storage) or f2fs encrypt partition (internal storage).
