    Just upgraded my 4a to 11 today and I'm having the same issue. Also noticed it on the launcher...long press on an app to drag it just immediately opens the app. Just trying to type this post is a struggle. Touch sensitivity and accuracy is all messed up.

    Make sure you download the latest firmware for your device! If you're not sure.. DON'T FLASH IT! You risk bricking your device if you downgrade the bootloader (motoboot.img) or global partition table (gpt.bin). See below...

    You can make a nandroid backup of your current stock ROM via TWRP or dump your system partition via adb
