Thanks, it worked:) did it with the fastboot method fastboot flash zip zipnamefile.zip But i see 1 error in the log but i think it is not that prio FAILED (remote: 90 hboot pre-update! please flush image again immediately ) Thanks for the fast help the system is running again:)

I have installed now the stock rom with flashboot boot_a boot.img and flashboot system_a system.img now i see the warning when phone starts that the bootloader is unlocked and the HTC logo and then it reboots again... does anyone have a solution

HI all, So i have installed a Custom rom on my sisters HTC U12+ but she wants back to an official stock rom. What is the most easy way to do? because installing trough the RUU.exe doesn`t work and when decrypt the RUU.exe and putting the command fastboot flash boot.img i get the message that...

It is installed. Was easy to do. long time not done because of work phone Iphone;) Will play with the rom and let know.

Need to unlock the bootloader first and then install recovery and magisk:) but i will let you know.

Will test it. Have HTC since last week again so will sort out how to install this ROM and let you know if any issues appearing.

I have installed your 4.4 rom but it is not starting the screen is hanging on Samsung galaxy S6 i have installed it twice. after some minutes the phone is rebooting

How many hours can the battery do on this rom? And the telegram group is not availible?

This rom does it have a good battery life? and what about the preformance.
