Viper has indicated this will be fixed in the next release. I believe Vin has a version of APM (Advanced Power Menu) which bumps up the brightness in this thread.

Would like to pick up a hands free car kit, but there are a ton to choose from. Anyone have any recommendations and have you had luck using it with the Evo LTE? The Roadster 2 looks like, but is $$ if turns out to not work well. Thanks for the input!

(Assuming you mean NFC Task Launcher) Yes it programs the tags and has a great interface for setting up tasks for each. Really a great app.

Dumb question, can you not get NFC Tag Launcher to run a tag without unlocking the phone? I was hoping it would work while it was sleeping...? Having a great time with my tags so far by the way!

Yeah, if you have security unlock enabled (and it's past your timeout if you have one set) you cannot access the notification from the lock screen.

Anyone else have this problem? I've tried 2 BT headsets (Moto H710 & Blueant Q2) and multiple apps (Vlingo and built in voice dialer). Have no problems when in call or using media with my headsets, but their mic isn't being used for input on commands. Vlingo is even properly playing the commands...
