    Dual channel hspa + means that instead of a Max 4g speed of 21mbs you have 42mbs but the network has to support dual channel.     Got My Bell HTC Raider yesterday I had the s2 i9100 previously and love the HTC raider I clocked 10 mbs down in Calgary, don't even have LTE here yet that's just 4G+.
