if we're talking about cars, absolutely no stuttering in mine. only "notification comes and everything starts to crackle" issue, and system profiles workaround (already mentioned somewhere here in the thread) works wonders. so no, it's not "generally bad" per se, it's just "not there yet" :)

my 2 cents about downloading builds : you can just "copy link location" in your browser and then simply wget it from your terminal app.. :) (built-in new terminal works fine, don't forget to "activate" it in developer options though).
