hello, unfortunately taht solution doesnt work for me the loop continues on snapdragon and the lapdock is the usa version. Is hard to believe there is nothing left to try?

Hello, i have the v8 version of the lapdock and it doesnt work with my note 10 plus. Everytime i connect it to the lapdock it goes into a reboot loop. I have not seen other users having this problem. What could be wrong here?
