Yeah it was a clean install, modem, rom, gapps And i did not install any custom kernel or changed any settings. Its super weird as the ROM works flawlessly otherwise, its super fast and battery life is the best i have had....

System UI mine works as long as i push OK as soon as that window pops up... the UI will load and all is good. BUT, if i wait for a couple of seconds the screen becomes unresponsive to touch. My System UI did not load after manual rooting but (maybe coincidence) the problem went to UI loading...

What tweaks are enabled in the tweaks app? Try everything disabled except SD speed tweak, I/O: No-a-time and I/O Scheduler

I am guessing here but i think it stopped working in the last two framework updates, maybe it worked in 5.4 not sure anymore but 5.4.1 and 5.5 are a definite no go.
