Have you checked out the screen thread yet? You might have gotten lemons. My screen has none of what you've listed, and it's too early for burn in.

I never rooted my bionic and my reading lead me to believe that the dev community hadn't fixed this particular issue with the data. You can buy a 4k battery fro the nexus for $20 so that wasn't a big issue to me. They didn't offer me a maxx just the regular razr.

I'm surprised they wouldn't want the extended battery back.
