Hello. I sent my oneplus x for repair service but nobody sent me a e-mail nor a paper with some information at the pickup. It´s been a week since then. Has anybody here sent his phone to repair service? How was your experience?

you probably did the same as me. You flashed the tass-6.0.4.5 zip and this one isn't for gio. However you can still enter in download mode, so flash a rom with odin.

In first step says that I need to download and unzip the file, but that file isn´t a zip file or anything like that. So what I must do? before installing cwm we need a rooted device/rom, isn´t it? sorry for being a noob
