Heh, I actually posted this back in may and in a reddit thread, after finding out about the carrier IQ process in the LG G2 forums. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=52807274 Not only did it get rid of the wakelocks, but I no longer have GPS disconnect issues.

After 6 months I figured it out. It's carrier iq. Follow the steps in this post to fix. You need to be rooted. My phone works perfect now after disabling it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2664507

Did you pull the battery out first to give yourself enough room to insert the card?

The cover fits if you take a knife and shave off some of the pastic tabs on the hyperion cover. I did it, and it fit just fine with a little bit of effort. All the holes etc lined up properly. The only difference between the two models physically is the location of the plastic tabs that snap...

I ripped open my 5000mah and it says '1500mah' on it and there are only 2 of them. :( very unhappy.

I got mine for $150 with two year contract with that web-only special everyone was talking about a month ago.

Low-res pentile displays in the past have looked terrible. The newer hi-res pentile displays look gorgeous. The hate is leftover from the first displays that came out.

I have a 5000mah hyperion battery for my galaxy note, and I ripped off the label and it says "1500mah" directly on the battery... further peeling of the sticker shows what appears to be 3x1500mah batteries under the shell.. so 4500mah on a 5000mah advertised battery. I'll post pictures later...

Its not bulky it all. It feels good in the pocket, the case fits very snugly and feels very solid. Highly recommended. I think this case is the best balance of protection and form factor possible. I have a TPU case, this seidio case and the reiko massive case for comparison.

Very thick. As thick as the hyperion extended battery. I'm at work so I cant post a pic, but it made the phone so big I ended up removing it and using a tpu case. The phone became a different device altogether with the case on it... its seriously heavy duty though, could probably throw your...

I took an x-acto knife and carefully modified the tabs from the amazon hyperion battery, took me 20 mins and it fits fine. That said, it has a good feel in the hands, but it makes the phone pretty ugly.
