Yes, I've did total wipe by TWRP- wiping everything like DALVIK/DATA/SYSTEM/CACHE/INTERNAL STORAGE, and than flash by fastboot official COS cm-12.1-YOG7DAS2K1-bacon-signed-fastboot_64GB, than i've done update to COS13 (od course update done by CM recovery)
