    I just found out that my company got us tickets to opening day at Safeco so I guess I get to see Griffey's re-debut. Yes, I think the Mariners are lucky to still have Ichiro. I don't know why he hasn't moved on except that it's easy for him to get home to Japan from Seattle... :)

    Griffey needs to spend more time on the field rather on the dl. He still has power in his bats. Cannot wait to see the home game opener for the Mariners. Manny? He is like T.O, do not get me wrong his stats prove everything but his club house personality is not there. Red Sox is a team built to win games and championships not a soap opera of "Manny being Manny".

    My other team, the Mariners, just hired Griffey back which I'm sure bodes nothing but bad. I'll be back on the Francona train this year I suppose!
