You need to go into root admin. Use the command "Su" to get into root shell

Thanks you and zeropoch for the work. I did it on two fire tv 2nd gen and it work perfectly fine except it didn't restart it at the end. I had to manually unplug it.

Thanks for the instructions. It work but for some reason it took way ~4 hours to finish. Not sure if it had to do with VMware Fusion 7 on Macbook Pro 2011 on el captain. Now I have two more to do.
