How to fix the vendor error in twrp while flashing?

What will be the max current input after flashing it? If I will use a fast charger which outputs at 9 volts @ 4 amps will it be harmful or it is normal? As the current input is increased. So just want to know what's the max current the phone can take after flashing it.

My issue got solved automatically. I just flashed a miui9 rom then also it was having the same issue but after some days it started working fine. I don't know what was the issue and how it solved automatically..

Jio to Jio calling not working When i call a jio number from my Jio number then it just disconnects. Just after dialing the number it says call ended. The other person does get a miss call. What to do? Calling on other operators number is fine.
