Twrp will not flash the ROM zip if you're trying to update. What I did for it to flash is Extract the folders "install and META-INF" from cm-12.1-20160828-NIGHTLY-gprimeltetmo.zip Replace the folders in the cm-12.1-20160908-NIGHTLY-gprimeltetmo and zip it Reboot into recovery and flash. Sent...
