After flashing new firmware you need to delete the file from your sdcard.the easiest way to do it us by removing the sdcard from your phone. Put it in a cardreader and plug into your pc. View files and find the pg.... File and delete it. Now put it back in your phone and boot. This should help.

I am having the same issue. I flashed the latest firmware and did a full wipe. I tried to upgrade to ARHD 6.0 that wouldn't work. I also tried a few others and its still the same boot problems. Any help is appreciated.

Sorry about the vagueness, I am running the latest version 6.1.3 with sense 3.0. I also used the swipe tool provided by Mr.1986. Cache and Dalvik both wiped. I was running coredroid previously and speakerphone was working fine. I am also using stock kernal provided with the Rom.
