Just flashed CM12.1 to my Razr HD and have followed many of the threads on how to fix my boot loop issue. I'm stuck with the "pulsing" blue cyan-head logo. I've read on here that it shouldn't take more than 5-10 mins for the first boot-up. I'm more than welcome to give more info if requested...
