Well this all sucks a lot. Why can't they just leave the bootloader unlocked... hopefully this tablet wasn't just a massive waste of money.

I recently installed CM to my Tab Z and I'm looking for a good Remote Control app. I loved the IR blaster on this thing.

ok ok ok So what steps do I take to install CM11? Which method posted would get me there? You guys are saying a lot of different things here, have me a little confused

So unlock the bootloader? How do I go about that? And after that I can install CM right from there? That sounds like the one thing I haven't tried. How do I go about doing that?

I have a Sony Xperia Tablet Z, 64GB WiFi (SPG312) running stock 4.3, and I can not root this thing. I've tried several different methods to no avail. Does anyone on here know how to root this thing? I'm ultimately trying to install CM11.

Awesome! Wish this were standard in Android. However I came across a bug. Nothing big. There isn't any transparency on the lock screen's status bar after activating the module. Also a few bugs with it showing up on day dreams. Love your work!
