If I remember correctly Gmail downgrades the quality of contact images, if you want higher quality photos for your contacts try linking Facebook with your phonebook. It works well for me

Blu-tack or another similar substance.
Warm it up in your hands first by stretching it out repeatedly until it becomes sticky, then apply it to the areas needed.

Easiest way I found was to download the app for your printer (if there is one available) & then use the share feature in any given app like say gallery to move your desired print to the app & use that to physically print whatever it was you wanted to print.
I use the Epson iPrint app myself...
I would imagine running bluestacks on a windows virtual machine would get the job done.
Ubuntu running Windows running Android on a phone. Crazy!

If you really need windows on your prime try using OnLive Desktop, it allows you to log in to your own personal Windows 7 virtual machine with access to apps like Word & Excel for free

Dropbox is awesome for this, I backup apps using Astro & upload them to my Dropbox.
Comes in handy when you download a dud update like the latest YouTube app

If its really bugging you revert to the original app by uninstalling the update in the app management settings
