I made an account just to give you my appreciation for this solution. Xiaomi Mi 8 owner, my APN changed after phone's update and I was unable to create or edit APNs through the phone. This solution is ace. Mi8 specs: Android 9 , MIUI 10.2.1.0 Have a nice day :)
