Have problems with short-term disconnection while listening outside. But the biggest problem is random "sand"-sound in mainly left earphone. Fixed with bluetooth reconnection. 4 times in 30 minutes, want to return them to store.

Bought my buds yesterday, but they can't update via Freebuds assistant app, because of losing connection at different points or even app can't see them. Tried with huawei p20 pro and Meizu MX6. And double tap feature doesn't work properly, fails ones in a row. Can someone help me...
