Had the same problem after screen replacement... Stuck in bootloop and it wouldn't boot to recovery. What i did, i was going to try universal TWRP but had to unlock bootloader. so after i pushed unlock_code.bin via fastboot and phone asked if i want to unlock bootloader, i said yes, phone...

This method is more then real. :D It did take me while to figure it out but it works. I wouldnt post this video to youtube if it didnt work..... Tested on Lollipop S5 / Note 3 / Note 4. I really hope that samsung will fix this issue finally. With next FW.

Thank u very much! I had g900f constantly stuck in "factory mode", efs folder was empty, and had "e:failed to mount /efs(invalid argument)" in recovery. Tried so many different solutions but with no success :( . Only thing what finally worked was ur "Safemod_Exit_1.0.apk". Big Thanks
