same here, it records but when playing video is not UHD but FHD 1080 update: if i look file info on the phone - it says UHD, but when look on pc it says 1080

i used LGUP to downgrade to 30c without even losing apps and data. Just pick upgrade in LGUP

did you root phone and install twrp ? if yes - that could be the problem
