Hi guys, I'm using Google keyboard right now. Anybody know how to disable the AOSP keyboard, so that there isn't a globe icon? I can't seem to unselect it in input options.

I honestly don't understand why huawei feels the need to mess with something that was fine in the first place like the android lock screen. :(

Yes unfortunately I think this is simply a feature that huawei lied about. The phone doesn't actually use both lenses at the same time to produce better quality normal photos; the monochrome lens is only used for bw mode or to obtain depth information for the wife aperture mode. The two lenses...

Managed to get Google now launcher working by side loading an apk of the second latest version. Just a heads up for anyone still wondering.

Yeah, experiencing this issue as well on an EVA-AL10. Have tried everything already, from tweaking the phone manager, adjusting power usage settings, fiddling with notifications/data settings. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, really tedious to have to keep apps open all the time. And even then...

I've got an AL10 (64G/4GB) and I'm experiencing the same issues. Got play store on fine, and I'm able to install the Google now launcher, but I can't select it as default launcher or set the swipe up to anything other than hivoice. Any help would be appreciated!

Alright, thanks for the heads up. Will be sure to check this when I finally get around to rooting. ;)
