I have downloaded the file many times. When I click on the file I get "can't open" or else flashify opens. It is an apk file. What am I doing wrong?

You can unlock the bootloader using HTCDEV, but you will still be S-On. Rooting is also no problem. If you are trying to get S-OFF however, then I am not sure if that's possible at the moment.

I'm having a problem on the HTC one. Every since the Facebook support was added, the ability to click on Facebook links on Blinkfeed are not working. Whenever I click on a facebook post on the Blinkfeed, the location portion of the Blink feed flashes between "My Location\Fresno" and sometimes...

Anyone else having this problem? Within the last few days, Facebook posts show up on the Blinkfeed page, but when I click on one of them, "My location" starts blinking and my phone freezes for up to a minute, and the link never opens a web browser. Any idea how to fix this?

Yes it is fully rooted with your tools. I guess I could try it and then worse case do a factory restore. Also would you know if the Xposed framework would work on the Nook?
