I tried changing from Dalvik to ART in developers options but when it reboots it still shows Dalvik. Am I missing something?

Try downloading a ROM at Maclaw's website (maclaw.pl). Be sure to pick the ODIN file NOT the flashable zip one, and use odin tool to flash it.

Im confused in the last part. Do I replace com folder? Where I edited the PhoneStatusBAr.smali? wouldnt it be useless to edit PhoneStatusBar.smali?
