    Need help. I have a probem with Cyanogenmod 13.0 Buid 14 and Cyanogenmod 13.0 Buid 15, that 3G in my phone very weak (some program can't get internet from 3G, example: 163Eye, BaoNet on CHPlay). But I don't have a probem with Cyanogenmod 13.0 Buid 14. Some can help me how to fix that problem.
