    Post [WIP] /system/app APK's - Safe to remove list and functions

    so i went thru and removed most of the things on this list, but i guess i strayed from the "safe" list because now i can't add a shortcut to my home screen to 'Direct Dial' a contact. anyone know what i removed and if there's a way to get it back??? thanks!
