You'll need to flash a Kernel with tap2wake feature. The one I use is called ElementalX http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2519607

Flash TWRP via odin (newest one). When rebooting from the recovery screen, accept to install root. Once you boot the phone, install the SuperSU via TWRP and the phone will reboot. Once booted up again, open SuperSU and you'll receive a prompt to remove KNOX, click yes. You're done.
