flash the boot.img manually...here are the commands : 1st: adb devices 2nd: adb reboot-bootloader(after the phone reboots wait 5-10 sec) 3rd: fastboot devices 4th: fastboot flash boot boot.img 5th: fastboot reboot and wait some minutes : 5-15 and the it should start

re can someone add a feature to this rom? i want to have a improvement to the notifications pulldowns via quick settings in order to switch between them with sideways swipes

i love this rom It's a really great rom indeed...but i dont know why my phone reboots often(2/3 times in 2 days)...and for the next update...maybe something that helps us to disable blinkfeed....and for those who have bootloops try this command in cmd (from android sdk folder ...and you should...

one thing to say...for those who like listening music...because music player is kinda low volume(i mean on headsets) in this rom...you can install apollo music player :D ... for some reason i dont know why htc music player gives you low volume and bad quality when turning on sound enchacer...

by the way...i fixed my phne ...dont know how but i did it...after i flashed boot.img ....the phone stucks ...just like trying to flash a rom from different kernel(ICS-JB) and i wiped everything and give it a try with slimbean and it worked...i really dont know why my phone enetered a phase of...

what do you mean by ofw?? and i tried fastboot flash boot boot.img(of viperrs 3.1.1) an after aprox. 8 s finished and now my phone its stuk at htc logo... its not bootlooping...just stays stuck

can someone help us ??...those who gets boot loops at htc logo...i really dont know wwhat to do...i got a z715e sensation xe and i tried everything on my head...tried revelation rom ... vipers1.6.3...slimbean...vipers for sensation z710e ...with/without smartflash enabled ...i really need some...

what happens if we do factory reset from bootloader??

waiting to finish 3.1.1 full then wipe everything and then install 3.1.0 and then 3.1.1 and wipe cache and davlik.... if this dosent work can i format the boot partition from 4ext recovery/wipeand then make a clean install??... and what if i make a factory reset from bootloader??

got a big problem here.... i tried to clear data in camera / apps.... it didnt worked ...i tried to reflash the update and my phone gets stuck at htc logo...even tried to flash other roms ....getting the same bootloops at htc logo...can some 1 help me...now i am trying to use adb fast boot to...

well...i tried...but i dont know why i had 2 camera apps in settings/all apps....im going to flash again the ota and see if anything happens...gonna reply i 10 min :D

after i updated with OTA my camera app borke ... should i flash the whole rom 3.1.1 ?? my bad was that i didnt thought to make a backup and restore it...

Found some bugs on music player after 3-4days of use...it happens 2-3 times in 2hours of music playing...how should i say...when i got my phone locked and playing music and when a song ends the next song doesnt start until i press the power button...it isnt happening too often but its kinda...
