Welp, looks like there is no hope for this phone, is there any stable custom roms for this phone? I mainly need wifi,data/calling,audio working

So format data before flashing twrp via odin then flash magisk or format after flashing twrp then flash magisk? Also will flashing supersu also disable dm-verity? EDIT: I figured it out, thanks for bringing TWRP to this device! Now lets see who can bring lineage(preferably oreo) to this phone.

Still nothing, it flashes but the viper app doesn't show

Flashed with flashfire and removed the audio effects file but the viper app is not in my app drawer so cannot do step 3. Busybox and supersu is installed.

I'm confused because the 1st step is to flash with twrp which this phone does not have. Could you tell me what you did exactly?

The J727P doesn't have TWRP as of yet and my audio_effects.conf file is in /etc rather than /vendor/etc by default which is odd to me.

As long as I can flash then I am content. I've tried flashfire and it seems to flash but when the phone boots then nothing has happend like nothing ever flashed at all. I'm trying to install viper4android and have tried all methods and workarounds but none worked so my only hope is twrp.

So is anyone still working on a custom recovery on the j727p?
