Run it from the root of your pc , not from a folder

copy all the files from the unzip folder to the root of your pc. I.e copy on c drive directly . I had same issue on my windows 10 and it only worked that way

Gplay Have got mine since saturday . Installed developer rom dated 22 may . Then installed GPlaystore using the method described in the link above and all is fine. It is an awesome phone . No heating issue. Battery fully charging is very fast
