I put THIS on. It works, my wife using it, sometimes freezes, but not more than the others. Battery life better than any other 4.2.2. I used stock B509 too, but if i remember correctly some usual thing didn't work, like location service, notification panel,etc, but it was long time ago.

I tried many 4.2.2 rom, and all were eating the battery, and the e-mail,gmail,hangouts push service did not work properly, so i went back to 4.1.2, and stayed there. Others have written in the B804 the push service is solved, but the battery consumption remained still the same.

...and don't forget to mention that the e-mail/gmail/hangouts/etc. push doesn't work properly, it sucks on all 4.2 Rom wheater its official, or custom rom. ...search to bluetooth in the topic, you will find some result. I cant help you, i dont use it. Or search here, according to amigawolf, it...

And what if you flash back the Batty Rom, just to see if it solve the problem temporarily?

Oh, really? In that case i'll give it a try. Is this B804 multilanguage, and Gapps included? What about wifi sleep policy? On previous 4.2.2 (b707,b708,b709) no matter what i set, the wifi went to sleep when the screen turned of, and the phone switched to mobile net.
