ugh, I missed that part and unlocked bootloader and rooted before I did any updates. Now I have bootloader unlock and root but on 4.5.0 How should I get to 4.5.1?

I had a problem with this step. I installed "no-verity-opt-encrypt zip" successfully but after I wiped and formatted data, all files on my sd card were gone including the superSU I just put on there. I tried to move it back via MTP but didnt work, so I ended up having to boot the phone once...
