Post where to buy xperia z (c6602)

I'm more than positive that they didn't update their FAQ's. The specification page on the same posting has HSPA with 1700/1900 so it does support it even with the new farmed spectrum T-Mobile has been doing. I already ordered mine, so I'll let you know if you are curious :)

    Post Z/ZL US Release date?

As you may know, the Xperia Z has 3 variants. The one that most people got here is C6603 (LTE). Though it's LTE doesn't work on US carriers. It's HSPA+ only works on AT&T. There's also C6602 which is HSPA+ that works with AT&T AND T-Mobile, but only a handful number of people have it since it's...

    Post Z/ZL US Release date?

The C6602 version will go on sale next week in India. That's when most non-LTE markets will get their devices. I'll probably find a place that imports it. Not going to wait for the C6606 version. This is taking a little too long.

    Post Questions/truthful reviews/test results/comparison/and more 02/"25"/13 Update part2

Guys, hold off about at least another 2 weeks to do any justice for the batteries. Most new batteries (especially Sony's) don't hold charge as well in the first few weeks or first month. After that, you should see a good increase in holding in the charge. :o

Post Leak **** leak xperia z

Buy what you think suites your need most. Don't follow trends. Even insiders will have to pick something eventually. No body can wait forever for phones that will be the latest and greatest as there will always be something better around the corner. If you like it, buy it, if not, wait it out...

Post Xperia Z IPS Screen discussion [DISAPPOINTING!!!!! [UPDATED 18/02]

Obviously they don't make one type of panel within one company. JDI makes wide variety of panels at the moment, and the panel that you mentioned doesn't necessarily been put on certain products. At the end of the day, they still manufacture screens to specs just like other manufacturers. Sony...

Post Xperia Z IPS Screen discussion [DISAPPOINTING!!!!! [UPDATED 18/02]

Just here to give my 2 cents. Sony's display on mid to high-end models will be using WhiteMagic displays that are made by JDI. XperiaBlog had an article about it a while ago, and I can confirm that it is true. Now the question is whether it is an IPS display. Yes, to a certain point. It's not a...

Post [Q] US Xperia Z Release Date

The Z and ZL will be available in the US definitely. It will be available in Sony Style stores. They don't post coming-soon items on Sony Style website. You have to check Sony Mobile's website to see what devices are coming. The date for the states might be about a month at latest after other...

Post [NEWS/INFO][SONY XPERIA ZU/HONAMI] Sony Xperia 2012 to 2014 Devices

Based on their brief, the international version was going to be 8960 (My market doesn't have LTE). So the press received the wrong specs initially, and it took a while to clarify the different CPU's.

I understand  Last time I confirmed a CPU from the T/TX, Sony got me back with changing the specs on the last minute, so even I do not trust their internal info anymore :p

Post [NEWS/INFO][SONY XPERIA ZU/HONAMI] Sony Xperia 2012 to 2014 Devices

Just sharing my info :cowboy: I'm surprised he knows S4 specs already :silly: Also, regardless of what the CPU said, Sony changes them in the end. Same with what happened to T/TX. So I would take alot of the rumors as a grain of salt :)

Post [NEWS/INFO][SONY XPERIA ZU/HONAMI] Sony Xperia 2012 to 2014 Devices

If I'm not mistaken, Odin is Galaxy Note's competitor. Sony's first 5 inch device. Yuga is first half's flag ship for mobile division, but it's more slapping the V into a bigger body, and upgrading the CPU/Camera. You wouldn't be missing out much really :\ There will also be another 10 inch...

Post [NEWS/INFO][SONY XPERIA ZU/HONAMI] Sony Xperia 2012 to 2014 Devices

This is what was written in the brief for the top 3. "13MP camera with Exmor R and HDR to take your best shots in any light condition''. Nothing about the RS. Either I've been misinformed, or some things just haven't ironed out at Sony yet.

Post [NEWS/INFO][SONY XPERIA ZU/HONAMI] Sony Xperia 2012 to 2014 Devices

Sadly the reason is the V isn't the flagship. The T/TX's camera has been pointed out about the HDR, but the V can't steal all the spotlight, and which is why it's keeping a rather low profile. But don't overlook it, the majority of the V's spec's will appear next year as early as CES 2013...
