I'm not sure why it isn't working for you. I did do a full format before installing v5.0 just to make sure I didn't have any issue. Seems to fix all the weird issues I've had in the past.

It seems V5.0 passes safetnet without magisk. It should just work without doing anything. Fz kernel just gives better battery life.

Haha, I guess I missed that part. Last time I checked was on V4.0 and both ctsprofile and basic integrity failed. Nice job!

Actually, replacing the kernel allowed my phone to pass safety net. Now I can install Netflix and google pay from the app store.

High battery drain Not really using any apps, only have Google maps installed, and kept the phone in airplane mode. Battery life still sucks 2.3%/hr screen off...nothing running. Looks like phone is never going into deep sleep doze. Should I try another kernel? Clean flash with V5.0, latest...

I get 11/20 sats outdoors and 4/13 indoors. Using the Global GPS Optimizer Magisk module. Seems to work fine for me. No issues driving around with Google maps.

I have no issues wth GPS. Google maps works fine.

Formatting seems to have fixed it I formatted data in TWRP, reformatted all partitions, and flashed clean and used BiTGApps-arm-10.0.0-v0.5-SW_signed.zip instead of the opengapps beta I found in this thread. So far I have only installed Brave, Gmail, and Maps...along with GSAM and Accubattery...

I've moved over to this ROM from TugaPower's last Pie rom. Love the speed and smoothness of this rom...but not so much the camera (seems all images are dark and not well exposed). Did a clean wipe and flash with gapps pico and magisk. TugaPower's rom battery life was phenomenal, around 0.3%/hr...

Just tried this on Tugapower 14 8.1, but HDR+ and normal look exactly the same. Don't think HDR+ works.

I had the same issue crop up randomly with battery drain around 50% in 8 hrs. I just went into recovery and wiped Dalvik/Art cache and cache partition. After a reboot and full charge, it seems to have gone back to about 0.8% / hr of drain.

I have the exact same problem with the 0521 build. I also can't seem to get my Super SU binary to update. Would it be better to go back to an older build?
