I got it working, installed ADBInstaller, just unlocked bootloader. will be flashing and rooting now :D Thanks. Edit: Successfully rooted.

Yes I did extract those files as you mentioned, I'm using Win8.1 x64.

Waiting for device The command prompt is stuck on 'waiting for device' , I've followed the steps correctly, yet it doesn't proceed, help :S
