You can get it past the twrp splash screen if that's where you're stuck by doing "fastboot -w" then "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" then boot into recovery. Unfortunately, even once TWRP opens up it leaves you with no touchscreen. Need an OTG cable and mouse but was able to get TWRP...
