    Solved Update.The problem went away all by itself.I topped off the battery some minutes ago and I noticed the phone had entered deep sleep for most of the time after I unplugged it.

    Well,before installing Lineage OS,i made a backup of my stock ROM,which probably is not deodexed.But how does that matter? I wiped system,dalvik/art cache,data and cache before installing LOS.
