brother i used open gapps pico version. rom didnt boot. also i tried to flash the rom zip only and boot up the phone but still rom didnt boot. i also want to mention that i tried nightly cm12.1 latest from official site. that was not booting also

I installed using your recovery. Flash goes well. But now the device gets stuck on cm bootanimation. I waited for about 30 minutes even then it didnt get booted up. How long does it take for first boot? What are the possible reasons of not booting? I did clean flash.
