I've got the 32pfs6401. The difference seems to be the support for 5 Ghz wifi on the newer 6402. The lack of updates for this TVs is a shame, I had some correspondence with Philips regarding this, and they told that there isn't any updates in the pipe for those TVs, so I guess it was a bad move...
