If you're having problems with camera FC, try to turning on the camera sounds in system settings -> sound -> camera sounds. This has solved camera issues for me in the past. Sent from my GT-P1000 using xda app-developers app

I think I figured out why the camera wasn't working. The shutter sound was turned off in the system sound settings. Turning it on again stopped the camera from force closing. Happy times. :) Sent from my GT-P1000 using XDA

Maybe you've disabled the app at some point. If that's the case, it's hiding at the bottom of the all-apps-list. Happened to me. Personally, I can't get the camera to work, force close all the time with "Media server died" stacktrace message. I've think I've tried most options now, including...
