I can't help you there. I don't use the radio tuner on my unit at all.

If you don't disable the 5 services, the playstore will auto update to the latest version. The latest version of the play store runs just the slightest bit slower than the one in this Firmware. That is the only difference. BUT like you, it was the only way I could get my purchased apps to show...

Cool! I'm thinking of going back to the 1024x600 MicroG non-LITE version from 29.8.2017. Honestly, with the apps I run, I do not see any difference in speed between it and the LITE version.

Yeah, your audio screenclock apk must be tweaked specifically for KK. One other anomaly I noticed last night on my unit with the LITE version is with the dimming feature after installing and PCV Startup Builder and configuring the dimming fix. The auto dimming "works" but will go to dim around...

Yes, it's like the lite version is ignoring everything in /system/apps/ folder. The apps that are loading are in the /data/apps/ folder. For the screenclock this would be the "base.apk" under /data/apps/com.microntek.screenclock-1. I'm guessing this is why you have to "install" the default...

Post MTCB/MTCC rk3188 (5.1.1) Firmware with an xposed set of MTC apps

I got everything working last night. I pulled 1.13 from a different firmware and got it working. To get my custom Jeep screenclock working after installing the app under /system/apps , I had to manually copy my custom MTCscreenclock.apk into /data/apps/com.microntek.screenclock-1, delete the...

Cool! I'll give the LITE version one more try tonight with mtc manager 1.13 and then report back.

pakidermo5000, keep us posted if you get it figured out! I want to run the LITE version but not being able to get the screen saver to work kept me from it.

I'm back on your "non-lite" version (microg_preinstalled_1024x600LP5.1.1rk3188.MTCB-C(20.8.2017).rar) with everything working to my liking. So I am done flashing for a while. I don't notice that much of a speed difference with the LITE version. Either version of your firmware is by far faster...

Post MTCB/MTCC rk3188 (5.1.1) Firmware with an xposed set of MTC apps

I did a clean flash of the newest LITE version again, installed the app like a normal app, enabled the xposed modules, copied all the ini folders to my gps SD and rebooted. Still no screensaver. I wonder if it's something with me running a MTCB unit. Would it be possible for you to list the...

Post MTCB/MTCC rk3188 (5.1.1) Firmware with an xposed set of MTC apps

Thanks for the info. I still cannot get the MTCScreenClock to work. I did notice the "black" version has been removed out of the system/app/ mtcscreenclock folder on the latest MicroG LITE version. I'm going to pull MTCScreenClock out of Malaysk latest Firmware and see if I can get it to work...

What exactly does this step help with? What is the downside of not doing this step? The reason I ask is the only way I can get my already paid apps to show as being paid is to NOT do this step.

I had already tried installing one of the two clocks in that folder and it still did not work for me. The installed app show installed correctly in /data/apps but still does not work. It does not show as running under settings-apps-running. I have mine set to come on after 30 seconds. I went...
