    Thread Wifi not working, shows exclamation mark

    hi my mates moto g4's wifi isnt working, it shows an exclamation mark and wont scan for networks either, it was working a day or so ago and nothing for a couple of days... anyone able to help?

    rooting generic allwinner a23 will the kingroot work on a tablet model Q8H_HD ?? the reason im trying the root option is that the google play store wont connect to google servers to login to a google account... im hoping a root may help that and allow the tablet to work as it should????
