For All those information above. I believe so much for me to do is 1. Factory reset might get my OEM UNLOCK option in develop working again .2. go to fastboot and get those commands working. yet those steps will erase my data and everything. I'm wating because i'm trying to find a better way...

how does factory reset works? it warns me that it will erase all data incluid music and photos and some app's document which means my game savings and chat history and so on. Is that right?

you mean like OTA restore and might lose everything? can't really risk that. i'm perfectly fine with current statu and only reason i'm trying to flash recovery is trying to update my System. after last time's OTA wipe and install then restore i lost all chat record and everything even though...

Just today i tried to update my Rooted device by first flash in orignal Recovery to update system. Yet at Bootloader it shows like this then i tried following commands with adb and this is output: fastboot flash recovery xxx.img FAILED: Command not allowed fastboot oem unlock MyCode...

what's your phone model? Huawei P10 Plus 64G or 128G dual/single sim? for example huawei p10 plus 128g single sim is VKY-L09C432 and dual sim is VKY-L29C432

no you can't . this is a restore instruction. you have to flash system.img in order to update your phone with a rooted device.

install HWOTA correctly, download all 3 HWOTA files and put them together then make sure put those update.zip inside dload file inside HWOTA and make sure oeminfo has all 4 files about VKY 109 or 129 something. each of them have like 65mb. then u won't have any problem.

what's inside of oeminfo/VKY/ file? does it have all four p10 plus models?

Have you "unzipped" all 3 HWOTA files? for example you download HWOTA base HWOTA windows and HWOTA p10 or mate9(one of your model). then u process the next step. I happen to update my rooted p10 plus because of today's new system update notice. I will be check on you tomorrow and please...

There were many people who PM me for hlep. i think i own other mates in this forum a instruction to help them restore their phone. with the help of Blackball i finally restored my phone though many times in many bad situation. this is how i bricked my phone over and over again and restored...

You've shown me the better method, specially when i can't find update_full_hw_eu.zip. ;) Great work dude, have u considered to post it ? In case that some may need to learn the right steps for their huawei p10/p10 plus or any emui 5.x users

I think we all resolved ours problem with Blackball 's method. Thanks again ;) Maybe he/we should post a thread for more people who has same problem to know that they can un-brick their phone by that.

OMG it worked !!!! I am so stupid that i forgot to change the file name of hw_eu_full_update.zip to hw_eu_update.zip as instruction told. I only changed the update_full_date_public but i forgot to change the previous one. Now i'm in the official system. Thank you so much Blackball...
