    I had the same problem while switching to pixel experience to one plus 7t rom..For the solution i flashed the Chinese firmware and then flashed with recovery..and it worked

    Post Bootloader lock issue ..

    Unlock the bootloader again and try to flash the Chinese stable rom if you're still having trouble..you can also try to flash the Chinese firmware..

    Worked perfectly..thank you so much..but i wonder if there is a way to make a loop of the video in the base wallpaper app or use gif instead of video.. :confused:
