Here is my SystemUI.apk, i changed these 2 files here: notification_header_bg.9 notification_panel_bg.9 then you have to change trasparency with xposed installer and tweakbox. The only problem is you have to pull down the status bar once every time you turn on your phone, or you'll see a black one.

I did not use all icons in the package , i was interested in transparent status bar so i changed only 2 files in the system.apk, you can have the white clock using xposed installer and tweakbox Inviato dal mio GT-I8190 con Tapatalk 2
